Not a webinar, but rather, a dialogue. This #virtual five-week program is a space for insight, possibility, and action. A place to experiment alongside top facilitators and learn from other cross-industry executives facing similar challenges. And a place to activate the senses so that you can access your #innerwisdom. 👉 More info in the first comment. 💥 Who on your team might benefit from shifting their mindset around change, transformation and #curiosity? #futureleaders #adaptability

  • What a week! Yesterday we concluded our Finding Beauty in Ambiguity Summer Leadership Series, a three-part salon-style virtual convening that touched on the critical skills and mindsets required to lead in these complex times. Here are our highlights: 1️⃣ Embracing #Ambiguity and Complexity with Neil Theise, MD In our first event, Neil delved into the fascinating world of #complexity theory. He challenged us to rethink how we approach ambiguity, emphasizing that uncertainty is not actually a barrier, but rather a #catalyst for #creativity. For leaders, this means stepping away from reductionist thinking and embracing the #interconnected, #decentralized nature of our organizations. 💡Provocation --> How might integrating complexity theory into leadership training prepare a new generation of leaders to be equipped to navigate the dynamic and unpredictable ? And what could learning from biological systems mean for how we structure and navigate the current organization? 2️⃣ Leading Through Risk and Adaptability with Christopher Huie Our second event with astronaut Christopher Huie was equally compelling. Chris shared invaluable insights from his journey at Virgin Galactic, particularly on risk management and decision-making under pressure. His experience reminds us of the importance of balancing data-driven strategies with intuitive leadership. 💡Provocation --> How might cultivating curiosity lead to a great depth of understanding around our #adaptability, so that we are equipped to navigate the unknowns with confidence. Could ways of de-escalating our fears be the answer we're seeking in high stake moments? 3️⃣ The Ritual of Self-Trust with Rimma Boshernitsan In our third event, Rimma had the opportunity to share some of the most valuable lessons she's learned on her journey as a founder and leader. We explored the profound impact of self-trust in leadership, discussing how embracing vulnerability and trusting our intuition are key to building resilience and creating a culture of trust within our organizations. She emphasized that true leadership requires not just strategic thinking but also a deep connection to one's inner voice. 💡Provocation --> How might cultivating our 'sense-abilities' lead us to have better #emotionaldata to guide us in times when we need both confidence and clarity? What a time we had conducting these sessions -- they reaffirmed that leading in today’s world requires a deep understanding of complexity, a willingness to embrace uncertainty, and a commitment to building #trust within ourselves and our teams. Looking forward to continuing this journey with you all as we explore what it truly means to find beauty in ambiguity this September/October. 💥💥 If you're curious about joining the program, RSVP now - only *two* spots remain. "The key to transformation is that you can only go forward and outward into the world by first going backward and inward. " So naturally, when I read The Life Brief, Bonnie Wan's recent book about living a no-regrets life, your best life, the life that you want.... I felt seen....like really seen, as though this book and method not only arrived at just the right moment for others, but like it was also emblematic of the journey I'd been on and am on in this very moment. And of course, I saw the parallels with my work as well. 💥 Today, I'm really excited to announce that Bonnie and I are collaborating as co-facilitator's of DIALOGUE's Finding Beauty in Ambiguity Fall Leadership Program. • However our experiences differ, one thing is true—if we don’t recalibrate our gremlins from time to time, then we’ll find that our gremlins are recalibrating us. We are often taught that the sense of belonging comes from within. Our individual self is prioritized, sometimes at the risk and to the detriment of the collective. Yet the makeup and influence of the collective has a significant impact on how we view ourselves, our context(s), and our ability to be in relationship with the world around us. There’s no denying that the self is important, so how do we build the self-trust needed to shape the future we want to live and lead in? This is an intimate salon-style conversation. • Summer is a moment in the year—more than almost any other—when there is a clear opportunity to manage the balance between past and future. It’s a time when we redouble what’s working, and drop what isn’t. It's a time to set direction. A renewal. And with renewal comes a new sense of possibility. A possibility that the future will be better than the present. And in that, we can commit to the sheer fact that anything can happen. And yet, we cannot get to a breakthrough if we don’t allow ourselves to let go of expectations and fall squarely into the proverbial abyss. Join DIALOGUE CEO Rimma Boshernitsan and astronaut and rocket scientist Christopher Huie for a discussion on how the unpredictability of space missions can translate to deeply understanding your relationship to risk, the art of possibility, and the difference between uncertainty and ambiguity. This is an intimate salon-style event. Spaces are very limited. #leadership #ambiguity #resilience #burnout #futureofwork
