About us

Dickson Companies is a boutique real estate development firm specializing in industrial projects and sustainable design, with experience and capability in other asset classes including office, multi-family and mixed-use development. Our small but competent team carries a variety of expertise, capable of handling development from conception to delivery, all with a careful hand in speculative and build-to-suit concepts. Dickson Companies is actively pursuing projects of all sizes in Utah as we grow a strong network throughout the Intermountain West and a capacity to work in all western states. With a commitment to relationship development, our network represents our focus on value-add and off-market projects, and our portfolio points toward the significant success of these endeavors. Since founding in 2016, we have accumulated roughly 2.5 million square feet and over $250 million worth of industrial development experience. We seek projects that honor economic expansion and practice environmental responsibility. Current & Recent Project Experience: — The Timpview Logistics Center, 303k sf, two building class-A industrial project in American Fork, Utah scheduled for delivery in Q1/Q2 2025, breaking ground May 2024. — Summit Commerce Center in Draper, Utah, delivered approximately 401k sf in Q2 2022, featuring a unique transformation of 22 single-family homes into a custom industrial/mixed-use zone, sourced & developed/leased by Dickson on behalf of EQT Exeter. — The Summit Logistics Center near Salt Lake City, Utah, delivered 1.13 million sf in Q3 2021, the largest speculative project in Utah at the time, 100% pre-leased prior to completion. Developed and leased by Dickson on behalf of EQT Exeter. — The Dickson Cutler Drive project in North Salt Lake, Utah, delivered approximately 78k sf in Q1 2021, showcasing two buildings with distinct purposes, one a build to suit for the State of Utah Communication Authority, and the other sold to an investor

Living in the high desert gives us endless opportunity to harness the sunlight for sustainable energy. 🌞Dickson Companies is dedicated to bring on the sun by integrating photovoltaic systems into our projects. Photovoltaics are essential to a carbon neutral building as they reduce energy costs and emissions, provide increased energy independence, and operate with resilient, low maintenance technology. We’re can’t wait to see our solar panels in action! 🌻😎 #IndustrialSpace #SustainableWarehousing #DicksonCompanies

This throwback to one of our first projects reminds us how far we’ve come as an industrial development firm. We’ve since grown into a community of dedicated stakeholders, each with expertise in realizing our shared vision of sustainable warehousing. The projects on our horizon are not just markers of our success but also symbols of the trust and confidence our partners and clients have in us. Still, amidst the excitement of our endeavors, we remain ever-curious. Each day brings fresh opportunities to learn, grow, and make a positive impact in the world of industrial development. Here’s to past achievements, our present commitments, and the possibilities that lie ahead. Together, let’s continue to build a more sustainable future, one project at a time. #DicksonCompanies #IndustrialDevelopment #BuildingFuture
