🎉 We’re thrilled to share highlights from our first Simi Scam workshop with NTUC Health Co-operative Limited AAC @Bukit Merah! It was a heartwarming experience to see many seniors' cheerful enthusiasm and active participation as they learned to spot red flags and stay safe in the digital age. It was as if they were kids again! More importantly, many of them have learned so much more about scams, the risks and even felt safer using their phones after playing! Check out the video in our next post to see how we’re making a positive impact! 💡 #DigiUp #ScamPrevention #DigitalAwareness #DigitalInclusion AL Hong Sruti Mulupuri Charlotte Wong Elton Li 📸📹: Jabez Micheal

We are thrilled to announce that Digi-Up! has been featured in The Straits Times!🗞🎉 With innovative board games, Digi-Up! aims to make learning about digital payments and online scams engaging and accessible for seniors, empowering them to independently utilise technology and fostering proactive exploration of the digital world. We hope to aid them in staying safer while achieving a better lifestyle in their daily activities through the imparted skills. However, that dream could never be a reality without the support of our amazing partners and mentors along the way. A special thank you to National Youth Council Singapore for awarding us the highest grant amount of $50,000! By enabling us to kickstart our productions, we are now one step closer to a more inclusive society. The prudent goal remains clear: to ensure that every senior becomes digitally savvy and comfortable with technology.💪👴 Not to miss out at where it all began, thank you Singapore Polytechnic and Mr. Bee Thiam Tan for continuing to support us and providing us the invaluable opportunities. Additionally, we are incredibly grateful to Mr. Greg Tan Tze Kai from SG Assist for the effective guidance, connections and unwavering support throughout this journey.🤝 We would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude for this honourable mention from The Straits Times📰✨ Check out the article in the attached document or here👇 https://lnkd.in/g-39yiSM Last but not least, thank you to our multidisciplinary leads consisting of our founder, Ms. AL Hong, and our wonderful co-founders, Sruti Mulupuri, Elton Li, Phillicia Lim, and Charlotte Wong to help accomplish this pivotal milestone of the Digi-Up! journey. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to revolutionise digital literacy for older adults! 🎲🚀 #DigiUp #DigitalInclusion #EmpoweringSeniors
