Over the past couple months I’ve spoken to dozens of agricultural machinery manufacturers and it’s become clear to me that the industry is at a turning point. The market is demanding smarter and more complex equipment, and agricultural machinery manufacturers need to innovate quickly to keep up. One agricultural machinery manufacturer told me they need to fully digitize their operations by the end of 2025 to remain competitive. Most manufacturers I’ve spoken to are still relying on static documentation, disconnected tools, and outdated workflows to manage their processes—especially when it comes to work instructions, which remain a significant bottleneck. This is where BuildOS can help manufacturers break through: • Automate work instruction creation directly from CAD files. • Embed the expertise of your most skilled operators into your instructions. • Establish a feedback loop between engineers and operators.

  • Outdated processes. Labor shortages. Demand for smarter machinery. Growing pressure to go green. These are just a few of the challenges agricultural machinery manufacturers are facing as we head into 2025. But with these challenges come enormous opportunities for companies willing to adapt and lead. In our latest blog, we dive deep into the trends shaping the future of this $150 billion agricultural machinery industry, including: ✅ What farmers are demanding in terms of smarter, more efficient tools—and how manufacturers can deliver ✅ How labor shortages are affecting both farmers and manufacturers and driving the adoption of AI-driven and autonomous machinery ✅ How manufacturers can revolutionize their processes to meet these demands and stay ahead At Dirac, we’re helping agricultural machinery manufacturers digitize their manufacturing operations so they can adapt to the trends that are shaping the future of the industry. 2025 is just around the corner. Let’s build the future of agricultural machinery together! Link below in the comments.

  • At Dirac we’re obsessed with modernizing manufacturing. Every week we speak to engineers, technicians and executives from manufacturing companies across the country who are still using paper-based work instructions. Paper-based work instructions are a bottleneck—wasting hours, causing version control chaos, and leading to errors that slow operations and hinder productivity. At Dirac we believe that digitizing your work instructions is one of the simplest and most impactful steps you can take to integrate technology into your operation—without massive disruption. We’ve published a detailed guide on how to make the shift to digital work instructions. If you’re ready to streamline operations and innovate, this is your roadmap. Link to the blog in the comments.

  • Excited for Dirac, Inc. to join as an inaugural member of the New American Industrial Alliance (NAIA)! It's time to revitalize American manufacturing.

We are going to make it in America 🏭 🇺🇸 Today, along with my co-founders Aaron Slodov, Chris Power and Julius Krein, I am proud to officially launch NAIA: the New American Industrial Alliance. NAIA is building an alliance of founders, investors, and policymakers who will together restore America's industrial might. America is a nation of builders. A nation of pioneers. But for decades, America's builders have been stifled by bad policy in DC. Our resources have been trapped underground. Our jobs have been sent overseas. The American people have suffered; our adversaries have gotten rich. The collapse of American industry was a choice. But just as deindustrialization was a choice, we can choose to reindustrialize. In June, hundreds of builders, investors, and government officials met at the inaugural Reindustrialize Summit in Detroit. They chose to bet on America. The Reindustrialize Summit (cofounded with Aaron Slodov, Falon Donohue and Gregory M. Bernstein) became a rallying call, uniting individuals and institutions with a shared vision of American greatness. We founded NAIA to turn this vision into reality. To unleash America's builders, and restore America's position as a global industrial leader. NAIA will serve as the voice, visionary, and vanguard of this industrial revival. We will advocate tirelessly on behalf of our members to cut regulation, incentivize investment in key sectors, protect American workers, streamline government contracting and procurement, and more. Members of NAIA already include Palantir Technologies, Oklo Inc, Joby Aviation, Impulse Space, Re:Build Manufacturing, Divergent, Hadrian, Atomic Industries, California Forever, Narya, Valinor, Tamarack Global, 8VC, General Catalyst, Eclipse, Y Combinator, JLL, The New Industrial Corporation, Dirac, Inc., Extropic, Blue Star NBR, LLC, Silent Ventures, Allen Control Systems, Fuse , Deterrence, Altana, Terminal Industries, General Innovation Capital Partners, IronGate Capital Advisors and more. If you share our vision of a Reindustralized America, please follow us on X @newindustrials, and visit our website at newindustrials.org. It's time to build in America. It's time to Reindustrialize.
