Time flies! One year ago today we celebrated the grand opening of Union Square Station plaza with Ground Inc, Cranshaw Construction, and Mayor Katjana Ballantyne. This 18,000-square-foot plaza is the first of 12 public open spaces that are part of the USQ master plan. The Somerville Homeless Coalition's 29th Annual Somerville 5K Road Race is back this weekend! Taking place on Saturday, October 5th, participants can run, walk, or stroll through Somerville to raise support and awareness for our most vulnerable neighbors.
