Disrupt HR Austin Directors team celebrated our great success last evening. We’re pretty sure we set a Disrupt record for presenting 3 events in one year. ✅ that off the list of accomplishments! #Austinprofessionals, we thank you for bringing your energy, curiosity and passion to all 3 events! (Please, take a second and let us know what you’ve loved about the events below. It would be icing on the cake for us!) We recapped the event, and began strategizing our growth plans for the next one in 2025. We were a productively, noisy table! This amazing team had so much to excitedly discuss that we closed the restaurant down! We ARE growing. And we are looking for committed, community minded individuals to join us in our core team! Soulshine Rhythm Experience was a surprise addition to our Disrupt HR Austin event. And did they ever bring the shine and kick up the experience with their rhythm. To give you a little taste of what our audience experienced - and I DO mean experienced, as they could drum with Suzy and crew during our networking time - take a listen and feel the rhythm of the soul beat! Disrupt HR Austin 5.0 ⚡ This event remains etched in my mind for so many reasons. And among the top reason is the dedication and performance of our speakers. Each iteration of this event brings a new dynamic - and this one rather quantum leapt us. Every group of speakers we have had to edutain our audience has proven to bring stellar material, insights and performance. Unequivocally. But there is something a little different about this group. Maybe it was the Human Intelligence theme - maybe it was the inherent respect for one another and your mission - all I know is, from the time I watched y'all, in your first virtual dress reheasal, graciously and supportively give feedback to one another and cheer one another - I knew there was a synergy unlike before. The gifts you all shared with #Austin professionals ranged from "can't ever unsee that" to "close your eyes and shut out the noise and distractions" and everything in between. I literally get full and teary-eyed when I think of the magic I witnessed on Thursday, October 24. This is a picture I captured backstage of you all in your pre show moments.
