Creating a workplace where employees feel safe to be their authentic selves is no longer a luxury—it's a necessity 💫 Psychological safety, the feeling of being able to express oneself without fear of judgment, is crucial for fostering a truly diverse and inclusive environment. When individuals feel safe, they are more likely to share their unique perspectives, challenge biases, and contribute their best work. This sense of safety is intrinsically linked to authenticity. A recent survey revealed that 71% of respondents reported being able to be authentic at work, highlighting the growing recognition of authenticity's importance. However, psychological safety doesn't just happen; it needs to be cultivated intentionally.
