🌍✨ We’re thrilled to share highlights from the DIVERSE project’s kick-off meeting held on October 29-30 in Munich! Over two days, our team dove into the project’s mission, with inspiring workshops and activities that laid the groundwork for sustainable bioenergy pathways in the Alpine region. On Day 1, we introduced the DIVERSE project’s goals, focusing on biodiversity-friendly bioenergy practices and integrated bioenergy strategies. Team-building exercises and hands-on workshops sparked valuable discussions on piloting sustainable solutions and delivering impactful project outcomes. Day 2 took us out into the field with a visit to SYPOX, a pioneering startup that converts biogas into hydrogen with twice the efficiency and at a fraction of the cost of conventional methods. This visit underscored the potential of bio-based technologies in the energy transition and provided a close look at how DIVERSE is aligning with EU sustainability goals.
