In the Marine Industry, we injection mold these UHMW Eyelets that are pressed into these huge elastic moorings used to anchor docks and large ships. These 6” diameter Eyelets used to be machined out of UHMW rod stock, but we were able to help the OEM drastically cut costs and injection mold them and manufacture at a fraction of the cost that they used to pay for machining.
