At #SEMICON Europa, we connected with Matthew Coates, Project manager at PTvT, the National Dutch STEM platform to discuss ways of improving the diversity of the microelectronics industry benefit companies and people. 🤝 Collaboration in Action at #SEMICONEuropa: Building the Future Together Earlier this month, the European Chips Diversity Alliance (ECDA) brought together industry leaders, innovators, and stakeholders at #SEMICONEuropa to drive progress in the semiconductor sector. The focus? Uniting efforts to address the skills gap and promote diversity for a stronger, more innovative industry. 💡Top Insights from the Event: 🔹 Leaders shared insights at “Building a Diverse Talent Pipeline” into how EU projects are enabling a more inclusive workforce, tackling the critical skills gap, and paving the way for future innovation. 🔹 Through initiatives like 20 Under 30 and Next Gen Young Talent, we celebrated the rising stars shaping the industry’s future and inspiring the next wave of talent. 🔹 Discussions among the stakeholders during the Consortium Meeting explored actionable strategies to implement DEI, leveraging research and collaboration to create sustainable progress across the EU semiconductor landscape. 🔹 SEMI Talent Solutions - Programs like European Chips Skills Academy and European Chips Diversity Alliance are leading the charge in preparing a skilled, diverse workforce ready to meet tomorrow’s challenges. The ECDA Consortium Meeting took place at #SEMICONEuropa in Munich today! From engaging workshops to strategic discussions, we left with fresh insights, clear next steps, and an even stronger commitment to creating an inclusive workforce!
