    I met Ken Williams at DIVETEAM this year, and he's a person that makes marketing data integration easy, if not fun. He figured out how to connect all of our marketing and eCommerce systems into dashboards and create exactly what we needed, quickly and easily. No heavy IT, no PM required. He also took us through how he did it, which demystified the process. The work Ken did has saved us lots of time that we have been able to reinvest into other areas.

    🎉 Wow, a full year has passed since I quit my job to start DIVETEAM, and I can't believe how quickly we've grown! In our first 12 months we were able to triple my modest revenue goal for 2024 by completing 25 projects for 17 clients! 🔥 I have so many people to thank 🥂 -- the 14 amazing DiveTeam members who helped complete these projects, everyone who referred us to a friend or colleague, and especially those of you who trusted us with a project to measure the performance of your marketing program! So what have we been doing this year? Here's a breakdown of our projects: [30%] Data Collection: 👉 We audited and installed Analytics tools to collect data from websites and apps. [30%] Integration & Automation: 👉 We built cloud data warehouses to blend data between martech platforms. [20%] Analysis & Visualization: 👉 We helped marketing teams visualize and interpret their data with dashboards and custom analysis. [15%] Strategy & Governance: 👉 We created measurement strategies to determine when ad campaigns and new product launches are successful. [15%] Activation & Optimization: 👉 We installed customer data platforms to launch personalized website and email campaigns. Oh, we've got HUGE plans for 2025... 🚤 DIVETEAM is already to best partner to integrate data from your martech platforms into a cloud data warehouse, but we have been building a top secret solution that dramatically reduces the cost and length of these projects! We will be unveiling this in January, so be on the lookout for announcements related to "The Marketing Propeller"!

    I'm just getting home from representing DIVETEAM at the High Ed Web 2024 🎓 conference, and I highly recommend it to anyone who does marketing or web development for a college or university! I had a lot of very interesting conversations about the unique challenges that higher ed teams face with data and analytics, including data silos, difficulty identifying stakeholders, and preparing accessible BI reports and dashboards to comply with the ADA Title II rules coming in 2026. My only regret is the airport fish tacos 🐟 (I know... I wasn't thinking) but I will definitely be back for more Higher Education Web Professionals Association (HighEdWeb) in 2025! #HEWeb2024
