We're in big-time celebration mode today ( 🏈 🏆 🦅 !!!), so while we're at it, we're thrilled to celebrate our February employee spotlight... This month's DMier in focus is an Oklahoman who joined us 3 years ago – around the same time he was moving up to the Philly burbs with his wife to start a family. During those 3 years, Nathan Hawkins has established himself as a PA resident by throwing down figurative and literal roots (he moved his family here, quickly had a daughter, and constructed a greenhouse in his backyard) and has also established himself as an incredible teammate at DMi. Nathan is a highly skilled front-end developer with a long list of languages under his belt, and thanks to his ability to learn quickly and willingness to help wherever he's needed, he has also been dabbling in AWS and back-end development – and those skills are getting stronger every day. In addition to his front-end and server-side responsibilities behind the scenes, Nathan's always-positive demeanor and universal likability make it a breeze for him to help with client communications and subject matter expert duties as well. When Nathan isn't learning yet another skillset to help DMi, he might be trying to get a saffron crop going in the greenhouse, but he's almost certainly hanging with his beautiful little girl (3 this summer!), wife, and 2 pups. Thank you for everything you do, Nathan!
