It’s estimated that closing the gender gap will take nearly 100 years. We have a chance to change that. The National Women's History Museum is launching a survey to develop the first-ever Young Women’s Aspiration Index. We’re inviting all female-identifying individuals in the U.S. ages 13-27 to share their perspectives on gender inequity. The results of the survey and a full report will be announced during Women’s History Month in March 2025 to inform the work of cultural institutions, policymakers and educators in building a more equitable future for young women today and in the future.
