🗓 Date & Time: December 12, 2024, at 12:00 PM EST
💻 Location: https://lnkd.in/evNB_agi
Webinar Overview:
Burnout in medical students is a critical issue, often leading to depression, attrition, and career regret. Yet, little attention has been paid to underrepresented in medicine (URiM) students—particularly American Indian/Alaska Native, Black, Native Hawaiian, Hispanic, and Pacific Islander students—with multiple disabilities.
This talk will share findings on the prevalence of burnout in these populations and discuss strategies for fostering more inclusive, supportive environments in medical education.
