Dolby is teaming up with Jin of 21st century pop icons BTS in the latest chapter of the #LoveMoreInDolby global brand campaign. Jin stars in the commercial to celebrate his new single “I’ll Be There,” which is now available globally in Dolby Atmos. In celebration of #NativeAmericanHeritageMonth, our Indigenous Voices Elevated (DIVE) Employee Network hosted a vibrant cultural gathering at our San Francisco office.    DIVE Co-Leader Kris McBride (formerly Santana) shared meaningful perspectives from her Cowlitz Nation heritage, while the All Nations Singers and Dancers from Oakland brought traditional Northern Style Pow Wow performances to life. Through song, dance, and storytelling, the event embodied this year's theme: "Affirming Native Voices through Visibility, Leadership, & Service."   These moments of connection and celebration remind us of the rich cultural diversity that makes our Dolby community stronger.

Earlier this month, Dolby’s Pan Asian Experience Employee Network brought the magic of Diwali to life across our offices in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, and Sydney.    Employees came together to celebrate the Festival of Lights with traditional chai demonstrations, stunning henna art, live performances, and festive delicacies. Plus, our ELT leader Shriram Revankar enriched the San Francisco celebration by sharing personal stories that illuminated the deeper meaning of this cherished holiday.   These celebrations were more than just festive moments—they offered a fun and meaningful way for employees to connect, share traditions, and appreciate Indian culture.
