Here are just a *few* of the highlights! ✨January: GoCary kiosk installed in our Community Support Center ✨February: Love Your Neighbor campaign ✨March: Stable Homes Cary partnership with Town of Cary announced ✨April: Biowork Cohort Graduation ✨May: Dorcas wins Maggy Awards for Best Nonprofit and Best Resale Clothing, and the Cary Chamber Nonprofit of the Year Award; Dorcas hosted its largest volunteer group yet for their Red Day volunteer event ✨June: Dorcas Birthday Bash celebrating 56 years of helping our neighbors thrive, and presented at the Cary Chamber Eye Opener Breakfast alongside the Carying Place ✨July: Dinking for Dorcas pickleball tournament and featured nonprofit at NC Courage Faith and Family Night ✨August: Office 365 Cohort graduation ✨September: Hurricane Helene Support (donated excess from our Pantry to Western NC) ✨October: Annual Dorcas Picnic and Annual Thanksgiving Breakfast ✨November: Teen Board wins Young Philanthropists of the Year Award and Turkey Palooza ✨December: Snow4Food and an amazing holiday season!
