Food recalls are surging. There have been 740 so far in 2024, doubling 2023’s total and estimated to triple 2022 recalls, according to Food Logistics. Contamination can happen anywhere in the production line, even inside processing equipment. Many food processing machines contain small or oddly shaped parts. These are hard to clean and easy for contaminants to build up in. The COP's immersion jets reach every groove and corner. They remove soils and minimize the risk of contamination. How does your operation maintain food safety?
