On Tuesday, we welcomed 800+ Downtown stakeholders to the Omni Dallas Hotel for our 2025 Annual Meeting, presented by Amplify Dallas Architects. The energy in the room was a testament to the incredible progress happening across Downtown—beautifully captured in Amplify's opening video on the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas transformation and its role in shaping our city’s future. We were proud to present Craig Hall & Ambassador Kathryn Walt Hall with DDI’s Groundbreaker Award for their lasting impact on Downtown through HALL Group’s innovative developments and civic leadership.
