The Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is thrilled to announce Jaci Russo as its new Chair of the Board of Directors. Jaci is the CEO and Co-founder of brandRUSSO whose office has been in the heart of Downtown for nearly 20 years. “I am thrilled and honored to begin my role as Board Chair for DDA," said Russo. "It is an exciting time in our district with incredible investments on the horizon alongside Downtown’s organizations leading the charge to create a clean, safe, and vibrant city center.”

Downtown will be the site of a new, full-service hotel. The local ownership group, Sans Souci Properties, will partner with The Thrash Group and Tandem Hospitality Group to build the $19 million hotel that will also feature a unique restaurant space, an outdoor pool and 2,500-square-foot event spaces. This is a huge win for our district, our city, and our region. Congratulations to all involved.
