If you’re in your 20s and in medicine, here’s my advice: Don’t chase money just yet. It’s tempting to take the highest-paying offer after all those years of school and training. But the reality is, your 20s aren’t when you’ll reach your earning peak. That comes later - your 30s, 40s, and beyond. Right now, focus on building a foundation that will set you up for a career you’ll love. Optimize for: → Experience: Choose opportunities where you can learn the most, even if the pay is less. → Knowledge: Ask questions, take on challenges, and never stop being curious. → People: Surround yourself with colleagues, mentors, and peers who inspire and push you. → Balance: Medicine is demanding, but don’t forget to actually live your life, too. If you’re deciding between a high-paying role with little mentorship OR A lower-paying role with the chance to work under an experienced physician in your desired specialty. Take the latter. Why? Because in 10 years, you won’t remember the pay difference. You’ll remember the growth, the lessons, and the network you built. And while you’re at it, don’t forget to: - Eat good food. - Travel to new places. - Spend time with friends who make you laugh. Medicine is a calling, but it’s also a journey. To thrive in it long-term, you need to invest in both your career and your well-being. Here’s the kicker: If you focus on learning, relationships, and experiences now, the money will come. Does this make sense? 👇🏿 Click a link on my profile. Book a chat with me if you need extra guidance.

I’m building Dr. Breathe Easy Capital and running Arkansas Lung Center. When I first shared my vision for empowering physicians through real estate, Some people questioned why I would take on more, But so many of you supported the dream and offered encouragement in countless ways. I’m deeply grateful for that. But to be honest, as I prepared for this path, There were moments I doubted myself. Not because my medical career wasn’t fulfilling - it absolutely was. I still love being a pulmonary and critical care doctor. But I saw an opportunity to expand my purpose. The early days were a blur of: - Working tirelessly, - Creating strategies from scratch, - Learning an entirely new industry, - And building connections that could help turn ideas into reality. That has led to: A deeper understanding of financial freedom, Helping other physicians take control of their futures, And building a platform to expand the impact I can make. The process hasn’t been easy. It’s been tough, exhausting, and full of lessons. But it’s also been deeply rewarding. Through it all, I’ve realized something powerful: → I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be, And this is just the beginning. When you’re passionate about something, Even the hardest days feel worth it. This journey has taught me one thing: → True impact comes when your purpose is bigger than your fear of failure. I’ve found a mission that fuels me, and it’s made all the difference. What fuels you? P.S. Share this to inspire someone else to find their path.

I’m not just a doctor. I’m the founder of Dr. Breathe Easy Capital. I just opened the Arkansas Lung Center. And my wife Bridget is the backbone of it. In 2018, we started our real estate journey together. Today, we own over 1,800 units and manage $164M in assets, investing in self-storage, oil and gas, and commercial real estate. But none of this would have been possible without Bridget. She believed in our vision when it was just an idea. She’s my partner in every sense: - Raising our three amazing kids - Supporting our business - Managing our home Whatever we needed, Bridget showed up. She kept us grounded during the tough times. She celebrated every small win like it was the biggest victory. Relentless effort and her unwavering support made this life possible. Social media often glorifies success as a solo journey. But let me be clear → I didn’t do this alone. Bridget is the heart of everything we’ve built. She’s my MVP. Who’s yours?

Warren Buffett has $147 000 000 000 in net worth. When asked about his success, he once said this sentence that struck with me: "Do not save what is left after spending, but spend what is left after saving." He’s a living example of how simple, disciplined habits can lead to extraordinary success. From a young age, Buffett understood the power of money management. His approach was built on discipline and prioritizing savings before expenses. This simple habit can change everything. Saving first ensures your goals stay in focus, creating a foundation for long-term financial success. Buffett’s story is a reminder that small, consistent actions lead to extraordinary outcomes. If Warren was ready as a kid, you can do it! Who is a big role model to you in terms of wealth-building?

One bold decision can change your entire life. After years as a W2 employee, I made the choice to open the Arkansas Lung Center. That first day, I felt everything at once: - Fear - Pride - Excitement - Responsibility I stood in the clinic I had built, Knowing every decision was now mine to make. Some think that running a practice Is just about treating patients. But it’s so much more - navigating the complexities of business, building trust, and staying resilient through the unknown. Some days are harder than others, But the rewards make every struggle worthwhile. The small wins stand out more than the big ones. → A patient’s gratitude. → My team member’s growth. These are the moments that remind me why I chose this path. For me, this journey is leaving a legacy. For my family, my patients, and my future. Have you ever taken a bold step that changed everything? Do you believe one decision can change everything? Let’s talk about it 👇🏿

Thanksgiving reminds us: The best things in life aren’t things at all. When I was deep into non-ending shifts and juggling my medical career, I barely had time to pause, let alone reflect. My focus was on the grind - helping patients, showing up, and doing my best. But then, one Thanksgiving, a mentor asked me a question that stopped me in my tracks: “What’s one thing you’re grateful for that money could never buy?” I have to admit, he caught me off guard. It wasn’t the income or the opportunities. It wasn’t even the success I’d been striving for. It was time. Time to breathe. Time to spend with loved ones. Time to pursue dreams that I constantly postponed. To wait for a “better time”. That moment shifted everything for me, and I realized gratitude wasn’t just an emotion. → It was fuel. Now, as I help other medical professionals invest in real estate and build passive income, I remind them of this: Your primary goal is not just wealth It should be a freedom to focus on what matters most. Not to the others. But to you. Specifically. So this Thanksgiving, I’m asking you the same question. Are you chasing success or cherishing the moments money can’t buy? Let me know your thoughts down below. 👇🏿 Happy Thanksgiving! PS) Will be having a webinar next week on Oil & Gas investing opportunities. More info on it soon… DM me if you’d like to receive a registration link to it earlier.
