What a feast! Last week, we continued our holiday tradition with PAKSGiving, a joyful potluck celebration with our incredible office PAK Members. It was a time to give thanks, enjoy great food, and create lasting memories. This year's spread was filled with delicious highlights, including Enchiladas Suizas, Tri-Tip, Hatch Chile and Cheddar Cornbread, Citrus Cinnamon Cranberry Relish, and all the classic holiday favorites! 😋 What’s the one dish you’re most excited about this holiday season? DrinkPAK recently kicked off Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training.  Lean Six Sigma is a methodology that combines two powerful approaches—Lean and Six Sigma—to improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance quality in an organization.     Participants reviewed curriculum around the Define, Measure, and Control phases of the DMAIC process. To make this training more impactful, Green Belt DrinkPAK employees are coaching the Yellow Belt students through a business project.    

We kicked off the holiday season last week with our Third Annual Pie Contest! This year's pie contest featured a record number of submissions with an array of mouthwatering pies, from timeless autumn favorites to inventive new creations. All participants received an exclusive Annual Pie Contest t-shirt, and our winners took home an exciting prize pack that included an Amazon gift card, AirPods and DrinkPAK branded swag.    Congratulations to Process Improvement Engineer Jacob J. for taking home 1st Place with his Cookie Butter Pecan Pie!  

A beloved tradition in the Santa Clarita Valley, Light Up Main Street continues to bring holiday cheer to the community, and DrinkPAK was proud to once again serve as the Presenting Sponsor this past Saturday, Nov. 16. This year, attendees enjoyed a festive evening featuring a kid's polar playground, ice sculpturing, food trucks, live music, and more. Our cozy DrinkPAK viewing lounge was a crowd favorite, offering comfy couches and warm blankets to beat the chill. Guests sipped on refreshing Olipop Tropical Punch, mingled with friends and neighbors, and tried their hand at corn hole to win a DrinkPAK can plushy. Many of our PAK Members volunteered at the lounge and others stopped by with their families to soak in the festivities. DrinkPAK recently welcomed students and faculty from Los Angeles Trade Technical College (LA Trade Tech) for an immersive tour focused on Electrical-Mechanical Technician career opportunities and cutting-edge automation.    "It is critical for private businesses to engage with higher education so they can expose students and faculty to real-world challenges and technology," said Justin Wallace, Director of Learning & Development at DrinkPAK. "By creating these connections, we’re not only supporting our future workforce needs but also helping to inspire the next generation of technical professionals."    The partnership’s foundation was strengthened by Loi Nguyen, a proud LA Trade Tech alumnus and a current PAK Member, who helped facilitate the visit.
