One more year-end stat that fills me with pride: If you're a small and growing SaaS company, you probably have a big mix-up between your Customer Success and Support functions -- at least it's been true at most of the start-ups where I've worked. Way back at the end of 2022, we decided to re-think this; and we spent 2023 re-arranging, rebuilding, and re-training both ourselves and our customers about the distinction. All that hard work came to fruition in 2024, as our DriverReach support teams achieved solid 4.9-5.0 ⭐ reviews for their work in every month! (In case it's not obvious, this strong foundation in Support also enabled our reimagined Success team to focus much more on strategy and skill to guide our customers in leveling up their companies!)
