Duetti’s music financing platform raised over $235M of funding, and has helped over 500 artists receive up to $3M for their catalog and single-track masters. The unique model provides data-driven prices for established tracks, allowing artists to sell individual tracks or even parts thereof, while Duetti then markets those tracks going forward using unique ROI-focused techniques.

As we announced this week a major new $114m financing milestone, we thought it is appropriate to summarize some of our thoughts and perspectives on Duetti's journey thus far in more detail. As always - we welcome comments and suggestions as we work towards building the next phase in our journey.
Duetti announced today $114m of new funding through both equity and debt. In just over two years, we closed over $235m in funding for independent artists. Our new funding includes $34m of new equity and $80m of new debt financing. The equity round was led by Flexpoint Ford, alongside our existing investors Nyca Partners and Viola Ventures. The $80m of debt financing was provided via a privately rated asset-back securitization, which was structured and placed by Barclays. We have now partnered with over 500 artists across all genres and from over 30 countries, and are thrilled to continue and expand the financial options and marketing services available to the independent music community. Our deals typically range from $10K all the way up to $3m per artist. We are hiring for several roles across departments - check our job page to apply.
