Every month, the women of Lincoln’s Soft Landing group come together to give back to our community, but there’s something truly magical about the month of December. This season, we have the privilege of making Christmas a little brighter for families and individuals in need—a tradition that fills our hearts with gratitude and reminds us of the true meaning of the holidays. For several years, we’ve partnered with local elementary schools to fulfill wish lists of families facing hardships. These lists include everything from warm clothing and toys to everyday essentials like car seats, microwaves, bedding, and cleaning supplies. Reading through these humble requests is a reminder of how fortunate many of us are—and how small gestures of kindness can have a profound impact. This year, our giving extended to a cause especially close to one of our members’ heart: hospice patients at The Journey House. We were honored to provide these patients and their families with Angels, a gift of comfort and care during a difficult time. The joy of the season truly comes to life during our fellowship and gathering for gift-wrapping. It’s a time of shared laughter, camaraderie, and reflection as we prepare these gifts for delivery. Bringing those presents to the school is a humbling and heartwarming experience—a beautiful reminder that the spirit of Christmas is not about what we receive, but what we give. #DuncanAviation

Our NextGen committee in Lincoln hosted an Ugly Sweater Party last week to celebrate the holiday season! There were prizes for the ugliest sweaters, food, drinks, games, and guest speakers. 🎄🎁🎅 The NextGen committee's goal is to create opportunities for new team members to engage with others cross-departmentally in order to form new friendships, learn from one other, and explore all of the pathways for belonging and involvement in the Duncan Aviation family. #DuncanAviation

We had our annual holiday lunches last week in Lincoln, Battle Creek, and Provo! It was a great opportunity for our team members to celebrate the holiday season, enjoy a meal together, and reflect on another successful year. 🎄🍰 #DuncanAviation #HolidaySeason

On Tuesday, December 17, the Las Vegas Satellite Shop treated customers to all kinds of coffee and treats from the Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee truck. Dozens of customers from nearby hangars and even some from the HND (Henderson Executive Airport) joined the Las Vegas Satellite team for the first-time event that helped get everyone in a festive, holiday mood. #DuncanAviation
