🚧 Dynamic Systems, Inc. was proud to #collaborate on hosting over 24 talented #COSC students from Texas A&M at a job site in Hockley, Texas. This unique #partnership provided the students with an invaluable, hands-on introduction to the fast-paced and challenging world of mission-critical #construction. Their energy and enthusiasm as they explored the complexities of building a state-of-the-art data center were truly inspiring. It’s a #privilege to witness the next generation of construction #leaders in action, and we’re confident the future of our industry is in great hands. Here’s what these bright minds accomplished over the weekend:
🚧Wrapping up an inspiring weekend with Texas A&M Construction Science students!🚧 We had the privilege of hosting over 24 talented COSC students from Texas A&M at our job site in Hockley, Texas, in partnership with Dynamic Systems, Inc.. Together, we provided these students with a unique, hands-on look into the demanding world of mission-critical construction. Their enthusiasm as they immersed themselves in the complexities of building a data center reminded us of the bright future they’re bringing to the industry. Over the weekend, the COSC students: 🏗️ Visited DSI’s Prefabrication Facility to experience how BIM coordination & clash resolution dovetails into the prefabrication stage. 🏗️ Discovered HITT's Futures Program and explored how HITT supports their growth and development in the construction industry post-graduation. 🏗️ Toured an active data center project, experiencing firsthand the teamwork, precision, and specialized skills required for mission-critical construction. 🏗️ Participate in in-depth Q&A sessions with our project managers, superintendents, and project engineers, gaining insight into the coordination, processes, real-world problem-solving, and the roles & responsibilities of each party. 🏗️ Deep dive into the nuts & bolts of data center operations, learning how each piece of equipment plays a role in ensuring functionality and reliability. 🏗️ Witnessed HITT’s commitment to safety, observing how we collaborate with our partners to maintain rigorous standards on our job site and deliver high-quality projects The HITT Way. BBQ for a Cause! 🎉 🍖 On October 8th, DSI hosted a fantastic #fundraiser at our Buda Shop to support the The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Thanks to the incredible efforts of our cooking team, over 300 plates of delicious BBQ chicken, pulled pork, and a variety of sides were served up, bringing the #community together for an important mission. ⭐ The atmosphere was one of #camaraderie and shared #purpose, with all proceeds going directly towards funding blood cancer research and finding cures. 💙 It was a day filled with good food, great company, and an even greater cause.
