Company Description: Window Film Company Role Description The Tint Tutor is seeking a part-time Jr. Estimator/Site Surveyor in West Berlin, NJ. The Jr. Estimator/Site Surveyor will be responsible for conducting field surveys and preparing estimates for window tinting installations. The Jr. Estimator/Site Surveyor will work closely with the installation team and office staff to ensure projects meet quality standards and are completed within specified deadlines. Qualifications Prior experience in construction, window installation, or a related field Ability to read and interpret blueprints, building codes, and other technical documents Strong math skills and attention to detail Experience with measuring and surveying tools and equipment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment Associate's degree or higher in a related field is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation The Tint Tutor is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes candidates from diverse backgrounds. Eastern Solar Glass was founded in 1980 as a family owned and operated business. We are centralized in the Delaware Valley but will travel from New York City to Dover, DE, as needed. Either as a contractor or a sub-contractor, we are accepted on all types of job sites. We have references if needed and can be called upon for recommendations, estimates or competitive bids at no cost. Eastern Solar Glass is a supplier and installer of window films and glass treatments of all types, although our film of choice is always 3M™, due to it's superior quality. Nearly anything having to do with glass coatings on new or existing glass, we can do. Our most popular treatments include but are not limited to: Solar control for reduction of heat and glare. Safety approved treatment of glass to meet building inspection codes. Privacy films. (Limited or no visibility.) Decorative films. (Spruce up glass without sandblasting or etching.) Security films. (Smash and grab protection.) Anti-graffiti films. (Protects glass from outside physical damage.) Windstorm protection. (Hurricane, sand storm, tornado.) Blast protection. (Protects both inside and outside of the building.) Attachment systems. (Attaches the film to the frame and glass.) Office partition/internal glass wall coatings. (Privacy and decorative look.) #DYK - Clear single pane glass (one-eighth inch to one-quarter inch) will reject 23-28% of the UV light from the sun. Slightly better is insulated glass, rejecting 36-41%.
