We were pleased to have Cathy Kuhn, our Chief Operating Officer, speak at Business NH Magazine’s annual “NH Futurecast” event at the Derryfield Restaurant in Manchester! Cathy joined a panel of business leaders and experts from across the state who provided their insights on where New Hampshire is headed in the coming year. In her presentation, Cathy explored current and ongoing trends impacting nonprofits and outlined how our agency is taking active steps to tackle key issues from affordable housing and child care to staffing difficulties and a turbulent economy. Recently, members of our Development team collected more than 175 donated bags of food from the Manchester, NH Walmart to support families we serve over the holiday season! We partnered with Walmart to hold a food drive in support of our family-centered early intervention program at our West Side Early Childhood Center of Excellence. The donations will directly benefit families with children from birth to the age of three who receive one-to-one supports and therapies that address speech, movement, and feeding. Earlier this month, Maureen Beauregard, our President & CEO, joined Leadership New Hampshire's Class of 2025 during its annual Business & Economy Day at the Millyard Museum in Manchester! A 2008 Leadership NH alum, Maureen delivered a presentation that examined the economic impact of nonprofit organizations in New Hampshire.
