East House is a non-profit organization located in Rochester NY. For more than 58 years, East House has empowered individuals in recovery from mental health and substance use disorders to recover and to live healthy and fulfilling lives. The innovation that East House was built on in 1966 continues today, in the belief that safe, quality housing is necessary for healing and recovery. We meet every individual where they are on their recovery journey with a full spectrum of housing and recovery support options tailored to their needs. More than 1,200 clients and their families benefit from East House each year. East House is funded by the NYS Offices of Mental Health, Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services; Monroe County; client fees; and donations. For more information, visit www.easthouse.org.

We are excited and thrilled to welcome Dominick LaPenna on our NextGen Board! Dom is currently a co-founder and Director at Trident Wealth Management Group in Pittsford NY. Dom works alongside his older brother and younger sister to help hard working families invest and plan for retirement. Since graduating from Binghamton University in 2016, Dom not only began his career in Rochester; he also met his wife Molly and welcomed their first child Alfred in 2023, with one more on the way. Dom grew up downstate in Brewster NY and loves to spend time with family, go hiking, and root for his NY sports teams—the Mets, Jets, and Knicks.

We are excited and thrilled to welcome Jessica Marino on our NextGen Board! Jessica is a Talent Director with Robert Half, specializing in the placement of finance and accounting professionals on an interim basis. She holds a unique role blending her passion for leadership and networking. Jessica oversees Robert Half’s full time engagement consulting practice in the Rochester area. Having graduated with a Master's Degree in Leadership and Organizational Change from Nazareth University and her Bachelors degree in Business Management from St. John Fisher University, she has mastered competencies in change management, strategic planning, and leadership development. Before taking on her present role, Jessica worked in several positions within the Human Capital Management industry, gaining experience and knowledge critical to shaping her unique leadership style. Beyond her contributions to the corporate world, she is passionate about mental health advocacy and giving back to the community. Jessica is married to Tom Hicks, they have a son Camden, and another boy on the way. They also share a red lab, Mila. Spending time with her family and friends is a priority for Jessica.
