Eataly is the world’s largest artisanal Italian food and beverage marketplace. Founded in 2007 in Turin, Eataly shares “made in Italy” on a global scale through high-quality, authentic products and the stories of their local producers. Eataly’s goal is to make our guests incisive and informed about how to select high-quality and healthy foods. Our marketplace, interspersed with restaurants and counters, is a learning center. At Eataly, you can enjoy a meal in a restaurant, purchase the ingredients, and learn more through classes, tastings and encounters with producers. We believe that quality can be accessible to everyone, and we are dedicated to offering high-quality products at sustainable prices for both consumers and producers. La Scuola dei Mestieri Eataly è un progetto formativo dedicato alle persone dei nostri store che lavorano nei reparti freschi - Macelleria, Pescheria, Panetteria e Salumi e Formaggi - che mira a fornire una formazione completa e a rilasciare, a seguito del superamento di un esame un attestato di acquisizione delle competenze riconosciuto nel mondo del lavoro a livello nazionale.     On September 26th, Eataly closed out the summer with “Eataly Loves Los Angeles,” a one-of-a-kind event hosted on our iconic Terra rooftop.   After the great success of the “Eataly Loves NYC” campaign which launched in May 2024 with a takeover of our Flatiron flagship, Eataly partnered once again with NYC Creative Agency MATTE Projects for the second iteration of the series – this time celebrating the city of Los Angeles and its inspiring music culture.   Along with wood-fired Italian bites and specialty cocktails, guests were able to experience a curated lineup of DJ sets overlooking the Hollywood Hills, including a special performance from electronic music duo, Bob Moses (Club Set).   We are so thankful to everyone who made this unforgettable evening possible, from our #Eatalian team members, agency partners, producers, and talent to our local LA community who danced all night with us.    Until next time!

We are serving up iconic Eataly favorites including Neapolitan pizza from Rossopomodoro, caprese panini, and decadent tiramisu' alongside world-class tennis.     The Frecce Tricolori, the Italian Air Force aerobatic team, has embarked on a historic visit to the USA for the first time in over 30 years, performing a 30-minute aerial show over New York City. The 313° Gruppo Addestramento Acrobatico, Pattuglia Acrobatica Nazionale recently highlighted their world-renowned aviation skills with a display of the iconic Italian tricolor across the Big Apple’s skyline. To commemorate the occasion, we were proud to host the team for a special dinner at Eataly Downtown.

    Eataly is opening in Miami next year at the Aventura Mall - the news is out in the Miami Herald! "The ambition for us is to replicate what Italy is today. So when you come to visit Eataly, you’re supposed to have the same experience that you have when you go to Italy physically, without the flying or packing your luggage.     On May 21st, Eataly Flatiron, our first flagship store in North America, was the stage for a grand celebration of New York City.   “Eataly Loves NYC” is a tribute to the city that warmly welcomed our beloved brand into the North American market and has been fundamental to our success today. In collaboration with MATTE Projects, Eataly created an 18-hour celebration honoring some of the city’s most esteemed industries: food, art, and music.   We are incredibly grateful to everyone who made this event possible, including our #Eatalian team members, agencies, producers, talent, and most importantly, our brand lovers who joined us for this amazing experience.
