Paula Madison's Jamaican immigrant mum said, "You're going to be rich or I'm going to pull your tongue out." It was one of the many demands her mum made on her life. Paula is the Majority Investor of The Africa Channel, the first African-American woman to become General Manager of a top five network-owned television station, and the Executive Producer of a personal documentary on a search to connect with what she discovered were 300 family members in China. Boss Facts: In 2016, she hosted a fundraiser for Presidential candidate Kamala Harris at her home on Martha's Vineyard. Paula, the previous owner of the WNBA team L.A. Sparks, sold the team to Magic Johnson due to a low revenue. "Ebony Pep Talk. We're not just journalists. Get to know the full human." https://lnkd.in/giaRbADC
