We were happy to share some of our 2CARE4EU Lessons Learned at #EHMA24 in Bucharest two weeks ago. 👏👏 Thank you María del Pilar Gangas Peiró for presenting and discussing our insights with the audience. Lessons learned across #PCPs involved in 2CARE4EU include: 👉 Maintain the engagement of innovative project leaders from the buyers' group, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the vision and objectives to effectively guide the implementation process. 👉 Conduct in-person sprint meetings with contractors from PCP Phase II onwards, facilitating structured dialogue to align planned work with the procurers' expectations across clinical, technical, and business dimensions. 👉 Organise early and personalised training and education sessions for health and care professionals, patients, and carers. 👉 Given the rapid pace of technological advancements, perform a detailed market and patent analysis before the Open Market Consultation to ensure the challenge remains unsolved by the market. Also, a reminder that the #2CARE4EU cluster - Policy Brief "Advancing Healthcare Innovation through Pre-Commercial Procurement: Policy Recommendations from the 2CARE4EU Cluster" is available here: 👉 https://lnkd.in/es2x6y6A EHMA - European Health Management Association International Foundation for Integrated Care (IFIC) Magnus Wallengren Sofía Moreno-Pérez Fred Kjellson Ticbiomed Sonja Müller ROSIA PCP CareMatrix eCare PCP
