On Sunday, Pastor Filipe kicked off our Pressure Point series with a powerful message on Endurance from James 1. He reminded us that trials, pain, and testing aren’t obstacles to avoid, they’re opportunities for God to shape us into who we’re meant to be. James challenges us to see trials as a chance for joy, knowing they build perseverance and mature our faith. Like a silversmith purifying silver, God uses pressure to refine us, making us reflect His image more clearly. Here’s the bold truth: Don’t run from pain. Let God develop you, not just deliver you. Endure with faith. Trials can become stories of God’s faithfulness. Grow through trials. Your pressure point could be the very place where God is building unshakable faith.
