Job Title: Returns and Claim Specialist Job Overview: The Returns, Claims, and Chargebacks Specialist is responsible for managing the entire process of product returns, customer claims, and chargeback disputes. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills, as it involves coordinating with various departments, vendors, and customers to resolve issues efficiently and accurately. The specialist will ensure that all returns, claims, and chargebacks are handled in accordance with company policies and agreements, with a focus on minimizing financial losses and reversing deductions. Key Responsibilities: Chargeback Dispute Management: - Review and respond to chargeback notifications from financial institutions. - Gather and submit necessary documentation to dispute chargebacks, working closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy. - Monitor chargeback trends and work with relevant departments to minimize future occurrences. Reporting and Documentation: - Maintain accurate records of all return, claim, and chargeback transactions. - Prepare regular reports on return rates, claim trends, and chargeback activity to identify areas for improvement. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, including maintaining documentation for audits and reviews.
