#OpenTextWorld 2024 in Las Vegas was another resounding success! Incredible sessions and invaluable networking opportunities. We are blessed to work with the best customers and partners. The highlight of #OpenTextWorld 2024 for us was the remarkable presentation by Jess Johnson from Snohomish County PUD. Jessica shared the company's use cases, their history of using OpenText solutions, and insights into their future plans with these solutions. We are grateful and proud to be part of SnoPUD’s inspiring OpenText journey for over 14 years. If you missed #OpenTextWorld, make sure to check out the on-demand recordings. Also check out our OpenText Exstream SnoPUD case study to learn how we helped achieve an 80% reduction in the end-to-end billing process and 30% in letter maintenance efforts. https://lnkd.in/gidM7WJZ

Helping organizations of all shapes and sizes maximize the profitability of their investments in OpenText applications.

As another exciting #SAP4U conference draws to a close, it's time to say Thank you ASUG - Americas' SAP Users' Group for bringing us all together. I wanted to share some of my key observations from this year’s event: Currently, only a handful of utilities have fully transitioned to SAP S/4HANA, while most are either in the process of migrating or preparing to do so. A common thread among these organizations? OpenText solutions. Everyone I spoke with this year is either already using or planning to adopt OpenText for various critical tasks, bill generation, customer communications, document archiving (GOS, DMS, Fiori), AI-powered OCR for incoming documents, vendor invoice automation, SAP database optimization, records retention management, or equipment and asset documentation management with Esri GIS integration. Many are also leveraging OpenText for HR SuccessFactors document lifecycle management, among other use cases. SAP and OpenText complement each other seamlessly—like toast and butter. SAP is the toast, and OpenText spreads across the SAP landscape, like delicious butter, enhancing its capabilities.  Recognizing this synergy early on can make a utility's S/4HANA project more future-proof and cost-effective. Lastly, I had the privilege of reviewing the SAP Utilities Advisory Committee (see screenshot), and I'm thrilled to share that Ecodocx, a woman-owned small business and a leading OpenText service provider, serves 6 out of the 9 advisors. We’re proud to partner with leading utilities like SDG&E, OGE Energy Corp., Snohomish County PUD, and many others. Want to learn more? We’re here to help you squeeze out the maximum profit from every penny spent on OpenText software, while adhering to best practices and industry regulations. Feel free to message me to schedule a complimentary one-on-one advisory session.
