EDGE- FiberColloids™ are the world’s first natural multi‐functional fibers made from fruit and vegetable biomass. Our fibers not only provide water binding and thickening characteristics, but more incredibly, gelification qualities (even instant!). EPIC 2112 is the solution to provide flavors in meats with an added benefit to replace phosphates. APEX™ is our portfolio of novel hydrocolloids to provide enhanced textures to foods by providing viscosity and synergies with other hydrocolloids. APEX 1262 as a galactomannan, provides like-functionality to Locust Bean Gum at a fraction of todays LBG price. Our customers say its “incredible!” FibeRight™ is our portfolio of whole food dietary fibers that provide texture enhancement to foods.
