The Super League team spent its Christmas 2020 attempting to resolve issues it didn’t have the visibility to fix. That was partially due to the high cost of indexing datasets with Datadog, which forced the team to only capture data for a few hours each day, resulting in difficulty providing high-quality experiences for its community. Luckily, Super League proceeded to revamp its observability stack, and included Edge Delta, which resulted in a 99% optimization of its data and a 83% reduction in mean time to resolution (MTTR).
