🚛 Another System Out the Door! At Edgewater Automation, every crate leaving our facility tells a story of innovation, collaboration, and the hard work of our incredible team. This latest project is no exception—it’s a testament to craftsmanship, precision, and dedication. This custom automation system, featuring a 3-zone thermal oven, is designed to execute the curing and baking process for a consumer goods product. Each zone boasts independent temperature control and adjustability to accommodate various product sizes. The system’s general architecture includes remote PLC integration, allowing seamless operation and control. We’re proud to share that 75% of the system was fabricated in-house by our talented team, with the entire project—from fabrication and paint to final assembly—taking just 30 weeks to complete. This innovative solution is now heading to one of our longtime repeat customers. It’s always an honor to support their evolving needs with reliable, cutting-edge automation systems they can count on. From concept to completion, our team is committed to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. Great job, team! 👏 #EdgewaterAutomation #RepeatCustomer #InnovateAutomateSucceed #AutomationExperts #Teamwork #ManufacturingExcellence

🌍 Reflecting on Entrepreneurs’ Day! Earlier this week, we celebrated Entrepreneurs’ Day—a time to honor the vision, determination, and hard work of entrepreneurs everywhere. At Edgewater Automation, this day holds special meaning as we reflect on the journey of our founder, Rick Blake. In 2001, Rick took the leap to start Edgewater with just 10,000 sq ft of space and 10 employees. Thanks to his unwavering dedication and leadership, we’ve grown to over 260 employees, with three locations and more than 280,000 sq ft of combined space. His entrepreneurial spirit continues to inspire us as we push the boundaries of automation and innovation. Entrepreneurship isn’t just about building businesses—it’s about inspiring others, creating opportunities, and driving community growth. Here’s to all the innovators who dare to dream big and make an impact! 💡✨ #EdgewaterAutomation #BusinessGrowth #EntrepreneursDay #CommunityImpact #Leadership
