📣Edmonds School District Board appoints new Director📣 In a unanimous vote, Edmonds School District Board of Directors has appointed Thom Garrard to fill the District 4 Director vacancy. The Board held interviews for two candidates on June 4 before making their final decision. Garrard will be sworn in at the Board's regular business meeting on August 27. The term ends in December 2025.

Our teachers are diving deep into sessions on phonics, language development, vocabulary instruction, maximizing i-Ready data, and the science of reading, to name a few. Our goal? To equip staff with the most engaging, relevant, and useful tools to help every student thrive! This morning we encountered network hiccups that threw us a curveball.
