Meet David Kleinschmidt! 👋🏻 Mr. Kleinschmidt is a trial attorney at The Womac Law Firm. He practices civil litigation with a concentration in the areas of catastrophic personal injury, 18-wheeler accidents, and general motor vehicle accidents. A proud graduate of Jesuit High School, David went on to earn his Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Louisiana State University and received his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School. While attending Loyola, Mr. Kleinschmidt served as a member of the Moot Court Program and Trial Advocacy Program. Mr. Kleinschmidt has worked at The Womac Law Firm since 2014. He first worked as a file clerk and then advanced to a legal assistant with one of our litigation attorneys until he completed law school and was admitted to the Bar. Jeff is a native of Metairie, Louisiana.
