Hiring Billing Manager (Accounts Receivable) Job Location – Mahape, Navi Mumbai. Qualification – M. Com, MBA Finance, CA, 5-10 years of experience in SME or Large cap companies or CA, ICWA with 1-3 years of experience in SME or Large cap companies Job Description – Accounts Receivable / Billing Manager · Candidate should have excellent written and Oral Communication skills · Candidates should have excellent knowledge in reviewing client invoices · Candidate should have excellent knowledge in reviewing cash allocations of invoice payments received from customers · Co-coordinating with finance / operations team to get the remittance details, solve the queries in relation to cash allocation and track and prepare a allocation report for the client · Needs to understand and prepare the standard operating procedures, guidelines, process notes etc of various tasks/functions from Receivables and Billing team · Timely resolution of matters raised by the team, Finance Managers, internal stakeholders and external clients · Needs to ensure a smooth handover/transition from the existing Billing and receivables Manager · Needs to monitor and supervise the team and ensure all given tasks are done in a timely and accurate manner · To build a bridge between the client and the team in case of any discrepancies in the invoices, allocations and reporting · Candidate should have excellent excel knowledge, Microsoft PBI knowledge and proficiency to work on large database · Reconciliation of transactions by company & correcting data · Maintain database by entering verifying and backing up data · Developing monthly quarterly and annual MIS · Working Knowledge of SAP/Lawson/Oracle and Miscrofost PBI is preferred · Candidate should have good understanding of GST and TDS · Candidate should have good knowledge of accounts receivable and Balance sheet and have a great analytical skill · Partner with financial accountants and commercial finance team to produce month-end results Salary Package – As per industry standards Contact - joydeep.roy@talentcorner.in
