EHT Traceries, Inc., is a certified woman-owned small business specializing in historic preservation. Since 1989, our award-winning firm has provided a wide range of services, including Preservation Planning, Technical Preservation, Historic Tax Credit Certification, Survey/Documentation, Environmental Sustainability and Resilience Planning, and Regulatory Compliance. The 18-member firm includes preservation planners, preservation specialists, architectural historians, and historians, all of whom meet the Secretary of the Interior professional standards (36 CFR 61). Nationally recognized for successful preservation strategies for public and private projects, our staff is adept at interpreting and applying the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. From individual building rehabilitations to large-scale master plans, we provide a sound understanding of all aspects related to preservation, providing guidance and solutions that work.
