Exciting Progress with Avila Construction! **Commerce Ave Apartments in Lagrange, GA** – Our 186-unit development is advancing beautifully. The rough-in phase is complete, and we're now well into the trim-out stage, bringing these spaces closer to their final form. **Heron Mills Apartments in Douglasville, GA** – We're off to a great start with slabs being poured for this 245-unit community.

We’re thrilled to share the progress on three projects we are currently working on in the Gainesville/Oakwood area. 1. Crest at Oakwood (348 units) with TRG Builders: Slabs are in place, and framing is set to start this month. 2. The Ava (229 units) with Ecker Construction: The project is well underway, and we’re kicking off our rough-ins this week. 3. Prose Gainesville (315 units) with Alliance Residential: Nearly fully framed, we’re a third of the way through rough-ins, with trims starting next week.

This 280-unit complex boasts high-end amenities, a parking deck, and elevators, offering residents a luxurious living experience. Our team handled the electrical, low voltage, and fire alarm systems. It was a fast-paced endeavor, with our first building rough starting just 7 months before our last final inspection. The dedication and hard work of our team made this project a tremendous success!
