Sports and Adventure is a powerful part of our programming because it’s based in fun, stretches the comfort zones of both our students and our staff, and builds confidence in themselves. “Doing Sports and Adventure activities like playing flag football during the Turkey Bowl and skating has taught me a lot, like how to focus and work better with others and lead. Most of all, it gives me a sense of peace - like when I’m skating or in the middle of a game, everything just feels right and I can forget about stress for a while. Going skating at Cascade in Atlanta will always be a core memory.” -Vinnell

Elevate Sports & Adventure is our November program spotlight! Through Sports and Adventure Mentoring, Elevate Indy helps our students explore new opportunities and places, expand an individual's boundaries, and experience new paradigms. During the 23-24 program year, 231 Elevate students had 5,186 sports and adventure mentoring hours.
