I am excited to speak at the Institute for Learning & Performance Asia Pacific's 2025 National L&D Week March 24 - 28. It will be a week of L&D professional development through masterclasses aligned to the L&D Capabilities Framework. The week will focus on what L&D professionals need to be successful now and in the future. My session is "Elevating Learner Mindset for Success Using Positive Psychology Principles." A fixed mindset, characterised by the belief that abilities and intelligence are innate and unchangeable, can limit one’s potential and hinder personal and professional growth.
