Urgent Career Opening Alert! A Quality Assurance Manager is needed with a salary of $85k +46% bonus. The position is available for Candidates that have a Bachelor's degree, food QA experience, and no job jumping. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining measures and systems to assure that all raw materials and finished goods meet specification standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. They will develop quality management SOP's, policies, and related systems such as HACCP, advise plant personnel on food quality, and develop in-process product quality checks to assure consistency and product integrity. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, 5-7 years of hands-on management experience in a food manufacturing facility, knowledge of hot-filled, acidified foods (AF) preserving and handling, and experience with FDA, USDA, CFR, PCQI (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual).
