ELITeXPO opens 3rd Chicago Area warehouse! ELITeXPO continues to show strong growth in it's Trade Show Exhibits Asset Management program by adding a 3rd warehouse in Aurora, Illinois. After purchasing their 2nd warehouse in Aurora in July of 2022 and adding new customer inventory to capacity, an additional 3rd warehouse was necessary to add additional storage space to accommodate continued growth in this area. This warehouse will be fully staffed and equipped to handle trade show materials of all kinds. ELITeXPO was formed as an exclusive trade show logistics company in 1987 and has evolved into a full service trade show service company providing additional trade show services such as digital online inventory, installation and dismantle labor, exhibit sales and rentals, show kit services, attendee bag fulfillment and SEG back lit wall art. ELITeXPO also provides trade show freight services to a number of trade shows annually as the Official Preferred Trade Show Carrier.

Every trade show is like a first date. Always strive to make a positive first impression. Remember, first impressions are lasting impressions. Make sure you dress appropriately, have enough knowledge to hold an informative conversation, behave well and mind your manners. If you get their attention and can hold onto it for a bit, you just might have a chance at that second date.

Looking back on 2024, a few employees shared some memories and things they learned over this past year. Here is one of those memories from our account executive, Ingrid: "A hurricane was heading to Florida, and we had 2 big shows about to open in mid-October 2024. We warned our clients that the LTL trucks had already said they were shutting down service to Florida. The only thing we could try is to buy exclusive use trucks and try to find brave enough drivers to take the loads. But they, too, would probably stop in Georgia and wait out the hit. Fear of fuel shortages, fuel station closures and flooded out roadways were making things look hopeless. However, the shows were not canceling, and clients had already made their investment.  Our drivers loaded up one in Illinois headed toward Ft Lauderdale and one in Michigan headed for Orlando and drove towards Florida. While the state was evacuating, our guys were heading in. This hurricane was devastating and made meteorological history.  Both drivers made their deliveries in time for the shows and our clients were able to exhibit. Exhale, unclench teeth, and relief. Another freight tale that goes down in ELITeXPO history."
