This past weekend, we had the honor of hosting a hands on cadaver workshop led by Samuel Brown DO, FAAPMR, who proctored Dr Brian Durkin on performing a visualized nerve transection, (aka endoscopic rhizotomy ) a very common indication. We had an incredible time at the XXII Someec Congress in Puebla, Mexico. Alongside Dr. Stefan Hellinger, we had the opportunity to perform two live surgeries—transforaminal and interlaminar, using DiscFx in both patients. We delivered two lectures on the endoscopic transforaminal approach and cervical endoscopic approach, followed by a workshop in the main auditorium.
