A Paws-itive Example: How Caring for Customers Can Be Smart Business Last week, I was visiting my 92-year-old friend, Magdalena, who is also disabled. She loves her cats dearly and recently ordered a cat toy from Chewy. Unfortunately, her kitten lost the balls that came with the toy. I called Chewy on Tuesday morning to inquire about purchasing replacement balls. Since Magdalena has disabilities, I couldn't provide an order number or account number. The representative assured me they would look into it and get back to me. To my surprise, the very next morning, Wednesday, Magdalena had a brand new toy at her doorstep! Chewy's quick response and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction truly impressed me. As an impulsive shopper for my three sheepdogs, you can guess where I'll be placing my next order!
