The Elevated Learning Experience, or ELX, is a design studio and online community on a mission to help you elevate the way you do L&D by introducing you to tips and techniques for initiating a Skills-Driven Strategy. Founded by award-winning Creative Director Andraya Goodwin-Bhuyan, ELX stands on the belief that workforce training strategies should be skills-driven. A Skills-Driven L&D Strategy prioritizes the majority of the learning experience design around interactive, immersive, and intentional activities that enable the learner to contribute and engage. By prioritizing learning experiences that facilitate practice and hands-on engagement (e.g., workshops, on-the-job training, and multi-day challenges) and reducing the time/money/effort/resources spent on knowledge-sharing content, L&D teams are extending their bandwidth to explore new ways to be more effective and innovative with their approach. And, of course, ELX is here to help. With extensive knowledge of cutting-edge technology, such as AR, VR, Immersive Learning, Dynamic Content, Mobile Learning, Computer Vision, Sensors, Touchscreens, Actuators, and more, our team and partners are fully equipped to help you bring your grandest vision to life.
