The Role: We are seeking an Experienced Damp & Timber Surveyor to join our professional team. You will be responsible for diagnosing and reporting on damp, timber, and condensation issues across a variety of properties. Your expertise will play a key role in providing effective solutions and supporting the overall growth of the business. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough inspections and surveys on damp, timber, and condensation issues • Provide detailed written reports and recommendations to clients • Diagnose the cause of damp and timber decay and propose appropriate treatments • Liaise with clients and our in-house team to ensure a seamless service • Stay up to date with the latest industry standards and regulations Requirements: • Proven experience in damp and timber surveying (CSRT qualification preferred but not essential) • Strong knowledge of building construction and moisture issues • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver clear, professional advice • A proactive and customer-focused approach • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the Southwest What We Offer: • Competitive salary based on experience • Opportunity to grow within a family-run business with a positive working environment • Training and professional development opportunities • Company vehicle and necessary equipment provided How to Apply: If you’re looking to join a growing, family-oriented business and you have the skills and experience we’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you!
